Refund & Cancellation Policy

EduBharat Gurukul

All payments made to EduBharat Gurukul for courses, registrations, programs, or other services are subject to the following terms:

• Cancellation: Cancellation requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment and before the commencement or activation of the relevant course/service.
• Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be considered in cases of duplicate payment, unsuccessful transactions where the amount has been debited, or when EduBharat Gurukul is unable to provide the paid service.
• Non-Refundable Fees: Registration, processing, administrative, examination, and other applicable charges may be non-refundable. Fees are generally non-refundable once a course or service has commenced.
• Failed Transactions: If an amount is debited but the transaction is unsuccessful, the amount will normally be reversed by the concerned bank/payment gateway as per their applicable timelines.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–15 working days through the original payment method, subject to banking/payment gateway procedures.
• Refund Requests: Refund requests must include the user's name, registered mobile/email, transaction ID/reference number, payment date, amount, and reason for the request.

EduBharat Gurukul reserves the right to modify this policy when required. All refund and cancellation matters shall be dealt with in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
