3. Online Payment

EduBharat Gurukul accepts online payments through authorized payment gateway/service providers.

The user agrees to provide accurate information while making a payment. Once a payment is successfully completed, the transaction may not be cancelled except in accordance with the applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.

EduBharat Gurukul does not intend to store complete debit card, credit card, UPI, net-banking, or other sensitive payment credentials on its own servers. Such information may be processed by the authorized payment gateway in accordance with its security and privacy policies.

4. Payment Confirmation

After successful payment, a confirmation/receipt may be provided through the registered email address, mobile number, website account, or other applicable communication method.

If an amount has been debited but the payment status is not updated, the user should contact EduBharat Gurukul with the transaction/ reference number and payment details.

5. Course Fees

All course/program fees shall be payable as displayed or communicated at the time of registration or enrollment.

EduBharat Gurukul reserves the right to revise course fees, offers, discounts, or other charges. Any applicable price shall be clearly communicated before payment.

6. Refund & Cancellation

Cancellation and refund requests shall be governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy published on the EduBharat Gurukul website.

Users are advised to review the Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making any payment.

7. Course Access

Access to paid courses, learning materials, videos, recordings, certificates, or other services may be subject to successful payment and fulfillment of applicable eligibility requirements.

EduBharat Gurukul may suspend or restrict access where there is non-payment, misuse of the platform, fraudulent activity, unauthorized sharing of account credentials, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
